报告摘要:  

   Wobbling and chirality are unique characteristics of triaxial nuclei. Both have now been observed in different regions of the nuclear periodic table.  

   In odd-A nuclei, wobbling motion may further be characterized as "transverse" or "longitudinal" depending on whether the odd particle is aligned perpendicular to, or along the axis of maximum moment of inertia.  

   Transverse wobbling has now been observed in nuclei in the A~160, A~130, and A~100 regions.  

   In this talk, I will present recent results on evidence for chiral wobblers (observing, for the first time, both chirality and wobbling in the same nucleus); the first clear case of longitudinal wobbling; and, indications of coexistence of both longitudinal and transverse wobbling in the same nucleus.
